Customers Love Excellence

North Star announced today the results of its Customers Love Excellence Program. The customer survey and division contest, among all North Star divisions included strict measurements on improvement in the following areas:


 


Most improved operations quality as measured by the number of complete orders, on-time orders and competitive pricing. Winners were based on improvement over baseline measurements.


 


Group 1 Winner – Houston with a 35.14% Improvement


Group 2 Winner – Dallas with a 16.42% Improvement


Group 3 Winner – Mississippi with a 42.94% Improvement


 


As we benchmark each of our divisions, we see that everyone has created excellent service as a result of the extensive customer survey. North Star recognizes these three divisions over and above for outstanding improvement during and after the survey period.


 


While we know we have great service, we also strive to improve each and every day.
