We spent the second half of the year extensively surveying customers in every aspect of our service. We performed formal business reviews and rewarded our divisions for measured increases in service level.
This process created a standard that we call Perfect Delivery to ensure that you receive the supplies you ordered, when you expect them at the prices quoted. Our excellent service level tells us that we are succeeding.
